We built Blue Maple Learn to be hands-on and fast to apply. Below you’ll find answers about access, community, refunds, certificates, and what you can (and cannot) expect from the programs.

General & Access

Do I get access immediately after I buy?

Yes. Right after checkout you get access to the dashboard and the content inside the plan you chose. If your plan includes the private community, we’ll also send instructions so we can assign your role there.

If you don’t see your access email within a few minutes, please check spam / promotions or contact us so we can activate you manually.

How does the community access work?

Some plans include community access. That gives you:

– A place to ask questions and get unstuck fast.
– Screen-share support during office hours.
– A way to meet collaborators and sometimes paying clients.
– Ongoing drops: prompts, workflows, and ready-to-use automations.

Your community role is activated after enrollment. You keep access as long as that plan includes community perks.

I’m not technical. Can I still do this?

Yes. Most people who join are not engineers. We start with no-code tools: Make/Zapier, Google Sheets, Notion, etc. You’ll build automations, content systems, internal chatbots, reporting dashboards — without having to write code.

If you want to go deeper, we also have a beginner-safe Python track where you’ll learn how to clean data, call AI models, generate reports automatically, and build tiny utilities. You are not required to “already know how to code.”

Do I get lifetime access and updates?

Yes. When you buy a course or bundle, you keep access to that material. If we improve, update, or refine that same product, you get the updated version.

AI tools evolve quickly, so we update workflows and prompt packs as they change. You don’t have to re-buy the same course to get those improvements.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Most core programs include a completion certificate. You can use it on LinkedIn or in proposals to show you’ve done practical, hands-on AI work.

Important: this is proof of completion and capability-building, not a government-issued or university-accredited credential.

Do I need special software or expensive tools?

No special hardware. You just need a normal laptop and internet.

We use mainstream tools (for example: ChatGPT/O1-style LLMs, Claude, Gemini, Make/Zapier, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.). Most of these either have free tiers or very affordable starter tiers, so you can practice without a high upfront cost.

If we use any paid tool in a lesson, we’ll tell you exactly why and if there’s a free alternative you can still use to learn the workflow.

Payments, Refunds & Usage

What’s the refund policy?

Individual courses include a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you purchase.

Bundles and All-Access style plans (which often include coaching, live help, private templates, or high-value resources) include a 7-day refund window.

If something truly isn’t a fit, email support@bluemaplelearn.ca with your order number. Note: obvious abuse (mass-downloading everything then asking for a refund) is not eligible.

Can I use what I build with real clients or in my job?

Yes. That’s the point. You are allowed to use the dashboards, automations, workflows, prompt systems, and internal AI tools you build here in your own business, with paying clients, or at your day job.

You can sell “AI setup,” “automation audit,” “reporting automation,” “chatbot for support,” etc. as a service.

You just can’t resell our course content itself as if it was your own paid training product.

Is this an accredited degree, or a job guarantee?

No. We are not a university and we don’t promise employment or income. We teach you how to build real automations, real AI workflows, and real deliverables you can show to a boss or a client.

Your results depend on what you actually build and ship. We’ll give you the playbooks, assets, and support. You still have to execute.
