Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Sep 2025

1. Who we are

“Blue Maple Learn”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to the online training platform available at bluemaplelearn.ca (the “Site”).
We provide educational content, training programs, digital downloads, templates, community access, and live support sessions focused on artificial intelligence and automation (the “Services”).

“You”, “your”, or “the customer” refers to any visitor, student, or purchaser using the Site or our Services.

By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy our products.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have legal permission in your country to enter into this agreement.
  • You will not use our content or community to engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • You will not use our content to violate someone else’s privacy, misuse personal data, send spam, or perform fraudulent or deceptive actions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access (including course access and community access) if we detect abuse, harassment, illegal use, or payment fraud.

3. Educational purpose / no professional guarantee

All training, templates, workflows, prompts, and strategies provided by Blue Maple Learn are for educational purposes only.

We do not promise:

  • guaranteed business results,
  • guaranteed income,
  • guaranteed cost reduction,
  • guaranteed career outcome.

Your results depend on your own implementation, market, tools, budget, and skills.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as legal, financial, or hiring advice.

4. Product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe each course, bundle, or membership accurately (content, modules, bonuses, terms of access).
However, you understand that we may update, improve, rename, reorganize, or replace lessons, files, templates, or support formats at any time to keep material current.

For example:

  • live calls may be replaced with recorded guidance,
  • a tool-based demo may change if the external tool changes,
  • channel names / role names in the community may change.

This flexibility is required because AI tools evolve quickly.

5. Access to digital content

When you purchase a course, bundle, or all-access plan, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the material for your own work or your own business.

You do not receive the right to:

  • resell our content,
  • upload our lessons, templates, or recordings to public platforms,
  • give or sell access to other people,
  • present our material as your own training, coaching, or curriculum.

Sharing, leaking, or redistributing paid content without written permission is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate removal of access without refund.

6. Account security

To access certain Services (courses, community, downloads), you may need to create an account or join our private community.

You agree:

  • to provide accurate information when you sign up,
  • to keep your login credentials private,
  • to notify us if you believe someone else is using your access.

We may suspend or revoke access if we detect suspicious activity, account sharing, or logins from multiple unrelated users.

7. Community rules

Some offers include access to a private community (for example, via Discord or similar).

By joining the community, you agree to:

  • be respectful (no harassment, hate speech, sexual content targeting members, threats, or discrimination),
  • not spam or solicit other members for unrelated products/services,
  • not post illegal content or confidential data (yours or someone else’s),
  • follow any additional pinned / posted community rules.

We may remove messages and/or remove you from the community (temporary or permanent) if you violate these rules.
Removal from the community due to misconduct does not automatically trigger a refund.

8. Pricing, payments & taxes

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (for example, USD or CAD).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice for future customers. Your price is locked at the moment of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example PayPal, Stripe, etc.). By purchasing, you agree to follow their terms, including anti-fraud and acceptable use requirements.

You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, or similar charges required in your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied, and we also must protect the integrity of the programs.

Our standard policy is:

  • Individual courses (for example: AI Kickstart, Prompt Engineering, Automation & Productivity, AI Marketing Lab, No-Code App Builder, Python Foundations):
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Bundles and All-Access plans that include live coaching, private feedback, bonus resources, or priority access:
7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, you must contact us within the refund window and include:

  • your full name,
  • order number,
  • email used at purchase,
  • reason for the request.

After the refund is processed, your access to the course(s), bundles, downloads, community, templates, and coaching will be revoked.

Refunds are not provided:

  • after the refund window,
  • for “I changed my mind but I already downloaded everything,”
  • for accounts found to be redistributing our content.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we see clear evidence of abuse.

(You can reach us at support@bluemaplelearn.ca to start a refund request.)

10. Chargebacks & payment disputes

You agree to contact us first at support@bluemaplelearn.ca if you have any billing or access issue.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may lead to permanent loss of access to all current and future products and to your community membership.

We keep internal proof of purchase, fulfillment, and access delivery (for example: email access sent, Discord role granted, download logs). This information may be provided to the payment processor in case of dispute.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, video lessons, voice recordings, slide decks, workflows, templates, code snippets, automations, SOPs, PDFs, branding, graphics, and community resources is owned by Blue Maple Learn or licensed to us.

You receive a personal license to use the materials for your own business or career development.
You do not acquire ownership.
You may not claim authorship, resell, republish, or distribute our materials as if they were yours.

12. Third-party tools and platforms

Our training sometimes uses or references external software or services (for example: AI models, automation tools, analytics tools, API services, Discord, etc.).

We do not control those platforms, their uptime, their pricing, or their policies.
You are responsible for following the terms and pricing of each third-party tool you choose to connect.

We are not responsible for any suspension, cost, data loss, or limitation caused by those external platforms.

13. Availability of the Site and Services

We aim to keep the Site, course material, and community available. However, you understand that:

  • There may be maintenance windows.
  • Certain features may be temporarily unavailable.
  • We may migrate content from one platform to another (for example, moving community access from one app to another if required).

We are not liable for interruptions that are reasonable or outside our control.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost business, loss of data, or downtime, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or any purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service involved in that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow full exclusion of liability. In that case, our liability is limited to the minimum legally allowed.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If you continue using the Site or accessing any purchased material after changes are posted, you accept the new Terms.
