Here are quick answers to common support questions. This helps us answer you faster and keeps response time low.

I just enrolled. Where is my access?

Access is sent to the email you used at checkout. You’ll receive your login and dashboard link there.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam / promotions folder. If it’s still not there, contact us and include the full name and email you used to purchase so we can activate you manually.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We normally reply Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+1 / Marrakech time).

Outside those hours we may respond slower, but we read every message. If your question is about login or access, we treat that as priority.

Can you tell me which program is right for me?

Yes. Tell us what you want to achieve (for example: “I want to automate reporting,” “I want to build AI tools for clients,” “I want to learn Python basics,” etc.).

We’ll point you to the most relevant plan — and if you don’t need an expensive bundle, we’ll say so honestly.

I can’t log in / my link doesn’t work. What should I do?

First, try the “forgot password” flow with the same email you used to purchase. Many access issues are just email typos or using a different email than the one on file.

If that doesn’t solve it, contact us with: – Your full name – Purchase email – Order ID (if you have it)

We’ll re-send your access link or reset your account for you.

How do I join the private community?

If your plan includes community access, you’ll receive a separate invite message after purchase. That message explains how to join and which channel(s) you get based on your plan.

If you didn’t get it, tell us the email you used to buy and we’ll resend the invite.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, under certain conditions:

– Individual courses: 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date.
– Bundles / All-Access style plans that include coaching or premium resources: 7-day refund window.

If you believe your situation qualifies, email us with your order number. We’ll review it. Abuse (like downloading everything and then requesting a refund) is not eligible.

Can I use what I build with clients or at work?

Yes. You’re allowed to use the workflows, automations, dashboards, and AI assistants you build in our programs in your business, with paying clients, or in your job.

You just can’t resell our training content itself as your own course or “program.”

Is this an accredited diploma or a job guarantee?

No. We are not a university and we don’t promise employment or income. You’ll get practical systems, templates, and support so you can build real things that prove your skills.

You will receive completion certificates for most core programs — these are for your portfolio and credibility, not formal accreditation.

Tip: When you contact support, include the same email you used to buy. This is the fastest way for us to find your account and unlock you.
